In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:

By accessing the vip1 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Company.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of vip1 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by the vip1 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Game Rules or promotional terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and use vip1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age applicable under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. vip1 strictly enforces this requirement and will not knowingly permit minors to use the Platform.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of play, unless the Company expressly extends access to specific international jurisdictions.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you in your location of access.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of the Company, its affiliates, game suppliers, or PAGCOR staff, unless the Company grants explicit written permission.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by vip1, PAGCOR, or any other gaming regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

vip1 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Where verification cannot be completed, or where a Player is found to be ineligible, vip1 shall suspend or close the Account. Any winnings obtained by an ineligible Player — including a minor — shall be void and may be withheld or forfeited.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Account on vip1. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts associated with the individual, along with forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, registered mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Prior to accessing real-money deposits, withdrawals, and wagering features, all Players must complete the vip1 KYC process by submitting a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) PhilSys National ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Philippine Passport
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

vip1 may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds, or enhanced due diligence documents, in order to comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify vip1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. vip1 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

All transactions on the vip1 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). vip1 supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash or Maya are generally credited to the Player's Wallet immediately upon confirmation of successful transfer. Bank transfer deposits processed via InstaPay or PesoNet may take 10 to 30 minutes to reflect. vip1 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and ₱500 for bank transfers. Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment account registered under the Player's KYC-verified identity. vip1 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not linked to the verified Player identity. Processing times are:

• GCash / Maya: Generally same-day for standard verified accounts
• Bank transfers (InstaPay): 1–3 business hours during operating periods
• Bank transfers (PesoNet): 1 business day

vip1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on withdrawal requests, including requesting source of funds documentation for large transactions, in accordance with PAGCOR and BSP AML guidelines. Withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of such verification.

All wagers placed on vip1 are subject to these Terms and the applicable Game Rules for each specific game or market. Game Rules are displayed within each game interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of conflict, specific Game Rules take precedence over these general Terms with respect to the conduct of individual games.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may vary by game category, table, account tier, and promotional period. vip1 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

All game outcomes on vip1 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for virtual games, and by physical equipment operated by live dealers in real time for live casino products. vip1 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as independently certified.

Wagers once placed and confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled by the Player, except where specific game mechanics (such as cash-out features in sports betting) permit pre-settlement actions. It is the Player's responsibility to verify bet details before confirming any wager.

vip1 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed due to a system error, obvious pricing error, or technical malfunction. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet. vip1 is not liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from technical errors.

vip1 may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotions to Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from Bonus winnings.

General Bonus terms applicable to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Players only. A Player must have completed KYC before Bonus funds are released.
• Each Bonus offer is limited to one per Player, per household, and per IP address, unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each Bonus. Unused Bonus funds expire at the end of the stipulated period.
• vip1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, misuse, or exploitation of the promotion.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the combined Bonus and deposit amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Contributions from different game types toward wagering requirements vary and are published per promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash (until wagering requirements are met), and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted.

vip1 takes a zero-tolerance approach to Bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim Bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other Players to artificially fulfill wagering requirements constitute Prohibited Conduct and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

vip1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm to our Players. vip1 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds for defined periods. The same cooling-off rules apply to limit increases.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous or daily play session durations. Players receive notifications as limits approach.
• Reality Checks: Configurable reminders displayed at set intervals during play, showing session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary self-exclusion (30 days to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools and to seek support. vip1 supports access to responsible gaming resources in the Philippines.

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations, vip1 maintains a strict 21+ age restriction on all real-money activity on the Platform. Players found to be under 21 will have their Accounts immediately closed and any funds handled in accordance with applicable regulations and these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip1 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of vip1 Bonuses;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to disguise your true geographic location in contravention of these Terms;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any vip1 employee, support staff, or other Player;
• Charging back or reversing deposits after using the deposited funds for wagering;
• Reproducing, copying, or commercially exploiting any vip1 content, software, or intellectual property without written authorization.

All content on the vip1 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the vip1 trademark — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright treaties.

vip1 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, adapt, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

Unauthorized use of any vip1 intellectual property — including the use of vip1 branding to create unauthorized websites, applications, or marketing materials — will be pursued under applicable Philippine and international law.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by vip1 is governed by the vip1 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

vip1 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and applicable regulations of the National Privacy Commission. Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, AML compliance, customer support, and where you have consented, for marketing communications.

vip1 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed service providers necessary for Platform operation (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game suppliers), and with PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Company shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature;
• Service interruptions, Platform downtime, or technical failures beyond the Company's reasonable control;
• Loss or corruption of Account data due to system failures or external attacks, provided the Company has taken reasonable security measures;
• Any third-party products or services accessed through the Platform;
• Actions taken in compliance with PAGCOR regulations, court orders, or applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. vip1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. vip1's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

vip1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, including but not limited to where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct, fraud, or AML violations;
• A Player fails to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• A Player is found to be ineligible to use the Platform under Section 3;
• vip1 is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or applicable Philippine law;
• A Player is subject to a self-exclusion request.

Upon Account closure by either party, vip1 will process any remaining Wallet balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements, suspected fraudulent amounts, and applicable fees) to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention of funds is required for legal, regulatory, or investigatory purposes.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting vip1 customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through the following process:

1. Customer Support: Contact vip1 customer support by email at [email protected] with a detailed written description of the dispute.
2. Management Review: If unresolved at the support level within 14 days, the matter may be escalated in writing to vip1 management for review within a further 14 days.
3. PAGCOR Complaint: Players may file a complaint with PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution division if the matter relates to regulated gaming conduct and remains unresolved after the internal process.

All claims must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, except where Philippine law mandates a longer limitation period.

vip1 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, vip1 will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change substantive rights) may be made without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at vip1.vu/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent version. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendments to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
